Optical sorting: high quality and higher capacity

The dataschalt Sortiertechnik GmbH is your partner for optical sorting machines for a variety of goods. For many years we have designed sorting machines, developed control electronics and provided complete sorting systems.

For example, the entire material flow is transported on an oscillating conveyor and is then inspected in free fall by one, or several, line cameras.

A good / bad decision is electronically made about the material based on graphic algorithms for sorting.

The “bad” ? portion of the product is expelled by pneumatic valves attached below the inspection line and can be, for example, fed onto a separate conveyor belt.

The throughput of the material varies greatly, naturally, depending on the product itself.

For cornflakes, for example, its 500 – 800 kg/h and for rock salt its 80 tons/h.
