Precision and high speed

In order to meet the ever-increasing customer needs, we at dataschalt use state-of-the-art equipment for SMD assembly.

This includes screen printers with vision systems and bridge detection from Ekra.

For the placement of electronic components in the soldering paste, we rely on the latest generation of Juki mounting machines. They are characterized by high flexibility and the highest placement accuracy available.

The loaded boards are then soldered either in the vapour phase or in a reflow oven from Rehm, depending on the technological requirements.

In order to always ensure consistent production quality, manufactured components are inspected with an AOI system from Göpel.
