Flexible manufacturing is characterized by the ability to manufacture products with different requirements. This includes the mixed assembly of boards with SMD and conventional thru-hole components, the so-called THT assembly (“through hole technology”).

The newest wave soldering machines from Ersa are used at dataschalt in order to ensure consistently high quality. Our experienced staff make sure that even the smallest components are placed precisely and correctly.

Components which cannot be wave soldered, are soldered by hand by our experienced team. Here we use various assembly aids, e.g. soldering frames, so that even the smallest components are placed securely.

To meet the specific requirements of customized components such as individual design, we create installation aids, which lower the manufacturing costs of your series product.
